Happy Birthday to MEā¦starting year 73 š I am receiving quite a number of BD greetings from friends on Facebook and that was nice. Yesterday I went to town on pikipiki and did errandsāATM, CBA bank, Safaricom etc and then met Wendy at Blue Room where she treated me to a BD lunch of cheeseburger and chips, ice cream and gave me a small Black Forest Cake for take away. None of which helped my weight, but did give a booost to my emotions.
