In 2015 the auditor for YWAM Kenya instructed us to switch our accounting system from Excel to QuickBooks, which none of us has used before. It took quite some time to organize but finally, while on furlough last summer, I purchased the program for the mission.   The QuickBooks training will be 16-20 JANUARY 2017, and the venue will be Athi River base, outside Nairobi. Peter, our auditor and trainer instructed all of us to have a laptop computer to use and to please have the QuickBooks programs already installed.  We are to arrive on Monday, we will start the training on Tuesday and see how quickly it progresses…I am hoping to finish so we can travel back to Mombasa and Tana Delta on Friday.
