This week I am Nairobi for 3 full days of Quick Books accounting training for YWAM Kenya.   I did the same training 2 years ago but we have new people who needed the training for their locations and so I took the opportunity for a refresher course.    The venue this time is not YWAM Athi River base but Flora Guest Hostel in central Nairobi.   I am sharing a room with 2 other ladies; which is highlighting how set in our ways we can become when we live alone.   The room is small, contains 3 single beds and a sliding frosted glass door into the bathroom.  One of the ladies gets up several times a night and flushes each time and rises early to shower.  Sound really travels in a cement block room…need I say more?  😊

Tomorrow morning Martin, Judy and I catch a bus back to Mombasa and I hope to be able to recover so that Monday and Tuesday next week I can really hit the 2018 books, making good use of the refresher course. Wednesday Martin and I are going to Kwale (he has a vehicle) to try and get information about the process needed to transfer Title Deed on land.  Then Thursday and Friday is the YWAM Kenya National Leader Team meeting.  A very full week!
