May & June are the coolest months of the year here but it has still been in the 80’s  with humidity in the high 60’s.  We have been having rain off and on—the “on” days  seeming to coincide exactly with the days I have to go somewhere on the pikipiki (motorcycle).  Riding tandem on a motorcycle in the rain is not really a pleasant experience, especially when I need to arrive at my destination looking presentable.

Hey, 4 weeks from today I will be at Gemalee’s house in Spanaway!!!   I am finally starting to get excited about furlough, although it never really seems real until I am actually on the plane and have my seatbelt fastened.  😊
